Privacy notice

This form collects information Lucid Freight LLC needs to evaluate you as an independent sales agent: your contact details, legal identity, work history, business affiliations, references, and a government-issued photo ID.

We also record the IP address, browser, and approximate location of the device used to submit the application. This is standard fraud prevention.

We verify what you tell us against public records, FMCSA and state business registrations, professional networks, and the references you provide. By submitting the form you authorize that verification.

Your photo ID is stored privately, is visible only to Lucid Freight leadership, every view is logged, and it is deleted 90 days after a decision is made on your application.
